Foreign Minister Jose Antonio Garcia Belaunde, said to members of the Special Committee Peruvians Abroad of Congress, who chairs the parliamentary Hildebrando Tapia Samaniego (UN), the Peruvian government decided to support the Peruvian immigrants living in Arizona, through a bilateral agreement with Ecuador, to advise and to weave the defense strategies of our countrymen.
García Belaunde said that the idea took shape when President Rafael Correa visited Peru. He said that since Ecuador has a consulate in Arizona and Peru with one in Denver, the strategy is to support the defense cross immigrants through such consular offices.
As a result of this serious problem, Garcia said Belaude will study the possibility of setting up mobile consulates in countries of the world where thousands of Peruvians need the support and attention of the government through these offices.
On the other hand, the Chancellor said that Peru would sign an agreement called the Friends of the Court, which sponsors and promotes Mexico, driving the need for strategies and actions against the Arizona law that is close to enter into force and has fallen prey to the imposition of an action of unconstitutionality of the U.S. government. 
Some congressmen also attended the meeting, as Luisa Cuculiza (GPF), Jorge Foinquinos (AP), Lourdes Alcorta (UN) and Martha Acosta (GPN), have expressed support for the work of Peruvian Foreign Ministry, the time to point out that demand and also approved a larger budget for Peruvian consulates around the world who suffer from serious problems in this regard. 
"It is a remarkable work and attitude of the Foreign Minister Garcia Belaunde for our compatriots. We hope that permanently support our Peruvian brothers are not only in America but around the world, "Tapia stressed Samaniego.
On the other hand, the chairman of the working group reported on the request of Legislator Martha Acosta, already being contacted by the Foreign Ministry with policy makers and representatives of the United States Peruvian talk to peers who would be traveling to the northern country to address the issue of immigrant countrymen.
